Coastal is led by Jennifer Duckworth—a lifelong Speech-Language Pathologist, mother of three, and dedicated child and family advocate—who created a truly family-centered practice where children thrive and parents have a trusted ally.

Choose the setting that works best for you—in-clinic or virtual—with session lengths of 30, 45, or 60 minutes to match your child’s needs and your schedule.
Parent partnership is essential to meaningful progress. We invite and require caregiver participation at every session so you feel confident supporting carryover at home and your child gets the most from therapy.

Payment Options

We aim to keep payment simple and family-friendly. Choose the path that works best for you:

Self-pay: Due at time of service. Upon request, we’ll provide a monthly superbill you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Benefits of self-pay include no referrals, no visit limits, and often lower out-of-pocket costs than a copay. Discounted session packages are available—just ask.
Scholarships: We can direct-bill the Family Empowerment Scholarship–Unique Abilities (formerly Gardiner) and may be able to bill other qualifying scholarships.
Medical insurance: We work with several insurance plans. Verification and authorization can take time, so please reach out early if you’d like to use insurance.
Florida Medicaid: Call us for plan-specific details.
Early Steps: We are an approved Early Steps provider.
